The CEO of the company has been unable to be established or revealed for reasons unknown, even though he has been in the public eye soliciting advertising from online casinos for the past few months. Editor Michael Caselli will continue working for the online casinos magazine. However, Eric Morris, consultant to the news publication, has terminated his contract. A press release has not been issued due to privacy concerns. A company spokeswoman stated: '....statements regarding the acquisition are required to be agreed by both Players Publishing and the prior owners Future Publishing/Highbury House.' The online casinos publication was purchased by Players Publishing in August of this year for an undisclosed price. Upholding the excellent reputation of the online casinos magazine is the main objective for the new owners. By providing up-to-date editorials, the online casinos publication intends to increase the subscriber base. This, in turn, will deliver value to advertisers. With new designers on staff, which were not part of the acquisition and were hired by Players Publishing, the original format will be preserved until a full appraisal of the entire business is complete.
