Trident Gaming, a leading online casinos operator, has recently made headlines with reports of a potential spring listing in the U.K. After it acquired Gamebookers, then one of the top 30 online casinos firms on the globe, Trident is now seeking expert advice about how to move forward in the online gambling market.

'We started out in 2001, building sports betting solutions,' says chief executive John O'Malia. 'Since then, we have been growing more or less organically and establishing our product, BetBug, which due to its unique design and regulatory profile is the only way to offer sports betting legally in the US market.' The online casinos giant seems to be growing at a rapid pace since its purchase of Gamebookers. Originally a 12 person operation, Trident now has 77 people working full force. With a projected 11 million Euros in revenue and nearly 6 million Euros in profit, this online casinos sports betting king is quickly becoming a major Internet gambling name.

As online casinos companies grow and expand, quickly becoming worth more and more, a key challenge for this online casinos firm is keeping up with consolidation in the ever-changing market. 'We have to make sure we are structured in a way that we can take advantage of this and be part of that trend. In this climate, that in effect necessitates a public equity structure,' claims O'Malia.
